This gorgeous vintage eighteen karat yellow gold navette style ring is centered with five prong-set native cut diamonds. The center stones are bordered with twenty prong-set native cut diamonds. All of the diamonds are set in eighteen karat white gold with milgrain accents. A modern shank was added to the mid-20th-century head. Currently, the ring is a size 6.5.
