We hereby give Mayflower Estate Buyers & Consulting , LLC, Nelson Coleman & Sons, Ltd. and Jewelry By Designs of Woodbridge, LLC, and any other future entities with similar ownership, the absolute right and permission to copyright and/or publish photographic portraits or pictures, jewelry photos, and stories where we are included in whole or in part, including testimonial quotations provided to us, for art, advertising (including social media, emails, brochures, direct mail, magazine ads, store signage, radio and television transmission, etc.), or any other lawful marketing purpose - for a period of twenty (20) years from first date of use.

We understand that we will not receive any compensation for use of these photographic portraits or testimonial quotations.

We hereby waive any right that we may have to inspect and/or approve the finished product or the advertising copy that may be used in connection therewith, or the use to which it may be applied - however it is a condition of this contract that the materials will be used in a professional lawful manner.

We hereby release, discharge, and agree to save Mayflower Estate Buyers & Consulting, LLC, Nelson Coleman & Sons, Ltd. and Jewelry By Designs of Woodbridge, LLC. from any liability by virtue of any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form, whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in taking of aid pictures, or in any processing tending toward the completion of the finished product(s).

This is the entire agreement of the parties.
